-We are not a Production Pottery Support Facitily
Glazing & Firing Procedures
Jubilee Pottery uses mainly Stoneware Clay and Cone 5 Porcelain. Some Low Fire work is also made here.
Bisque fire temperature is usually at cone 05-04
Glaze firing temperature is usually @ cone 5-6
All work made in the Studio is fired for FREE
Glazes are INCLUDED for all works made inside the Studio during your class time.
Work Made at Home
Firing Fees & Glazing Fees
- Work made or finished at home will be charge firing fees.
- Work that requires special attention in the kiln will incur an additional firing fee. Examples: Extra large or tall items exceeding my largest post heigth or shelf width.
- Work madeat home will need to be glazed at home. Free Glazing is only for student work made in the studio.
